CAN POLKA POP CAUSE TOOTH DECAY?
According to research by Dr. Linda Shaw from the University of Birmingham, dental erosion from carbonated water was still considered very low and at similar levels to what one can expect drinking non-carbonated water.
CAN POLKA POP CAUSE GASTRIC ISSUES?
It depends from person to person. Generally, carbonated drinks can not cause gastric problems and can aid with digestion. However, people with gastrointestinal issues should check with their physicians before consuming any carbonated beverage.
CAN I STAY HYDRATED ON POLKA POP?
Still water and sparkling water hydrate the human body similarly. Interestingly, research published in the National Library of Medicine, USA, showed that there is not any difference in the hydration levels of the subjects who consumed still v/s sparkling water.
“As far as drinking still water versus sparkling water, the bottom line is that you can drink either,” Dr. Linge says. “There is no reason tap water is not as refreshing as sparkling water or vice versa. People can feel good about drinking either.”
