Chocolate Volcano

 

Ingredients: 

  • Dark chocolates - 50gm
  • Milk - 1 to 2 tsp 
  • Orange Polka Pop - 1 bottle chilled ( can also use Cranberry Polka Pop) 

Recipe: 

  • Chop the chocolate in pieces and put it in a microwave safe bowl along with 2 tsp milk
  • Heat it for 30 seconds and stir
  • Stir until you get a smooth chocolate ganache ( should be done in 1-2 minutes)
  • Let the chocolate ganache cool and add half of it into a tall glass
  • Let the fun part begin, Slowly add the cranberry polka pop in the glass and stir it continously and you will the froth and bubbles .
